Melissa Bowling

Melissa Bowling's work experience begins in 2005 at Turano Insurance Agency, where they worked as an Associate Agent. Melissa obtained a property and casualty insurance license and was responsible for sales, policy writing, claims filing, and premium processing. In 2008, Melissa started working at The Dime Bank and held various positions throughout their tenure. Melissa served as the Head Teller, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, AVP Retail Operations Officer, and most recently as the VP Retail Operations Manager and Digital Banking Manager, among other roles. At The Dime Bank, Melissa was involved in a range of responsibilities such as teller supervision, scheduling, customer service, budgeting, loan sales, and IT liaison. Melissa'swork involved analyzing and strategizing for the bank's operations.
