Andy Mayoral de la Pascua has a diverse work experience in various fields. From 2019 onwards, they worked as a Community Health Worker at The Dimock Center, where they connected patients to essential resources, discovered new resources for outreach, and collected social needs surveys. From 2017 to 2019, they had multiple roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, including being a Peer Mentor in the SPACE Mentoring program, conducting research as a Research Assistant in Cognitive Experiments Models and Neuroscience Lab, and running experiments as a Research Assistant in Computational Memory and Perception Lab. In 2016, Andy worked as a Laboratory Intern, conducting field and laboratory work to understand soil composition, and also worked briefly as a Sushi Line Cook.
