Eric Yu is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Patient Advocate at The Dimock Center since September 2024, Eric also works as a Biochemistry Peer Mentor at the Boston University Department of Chemistry, where responsibilities include teaching foundational and complex biochemistry concepts to peers and providing academic support. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Care Technician at Tufts Medical Center, Emergency Medical Technician at Brewster Ambulance Service, and Research Assistant at the Boston University Department of Psychological Sciences. Eric's early career featured positions as a barista at District Tea and a summer intern at San Francisco City Hall, where administrative and research skills were developed. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Physiology at Boston University, expected to graduate in May 2025, following graduation from Lowell High School in 2021.
