Michael Cruciani is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law and business. Currently serving as a Development Associate at The Dinerstein Companies since January 2024, Michael has built a robust legal career with experience as a Corporate, Securities/M&A Associate at Winstead PC and as a Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney at Selman Munson & Lerner P.C.
