Aarron Natale

Aarron Natale is the Head of IT at The Dinner Ladies. Aarron has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held positions at Harris Farm Markets, The Dinner Ladies, and various other companies. Aarron is responsible for leading and managing the IT department team, including supervising other departmental employees, and is also responsible for career planning for the team, hiring, and overall performance management. Aarron has achieved many accomplishments throughout their career, such as setting a security-focused architecture a lined with new Australian Data Breach and Privacy laws, implementing new online ordering processes that decreased time while significantly increasing sales, and more.

Aarron Natale studied design, deployment, and management of a network solution for the small and medium-sized business at Excom Education. Aarron then went on to study information technology at St Edmunds College and got a certification from EXIN in ITIL Foundation.
