Production Chef (Afternoon Shift) at The Dinner Ladies

Justin Olazo started their career as an apprentice chef at Nick's Restaurant & Bar Group in February 2006. Justin then moved to The American Club Sydney in June 2007, where they worked as an apprentice chef until November 2007. In November 2007, they became a chef at The Grace Hotel, where they worked until May 2010. Justin then became a Chef De Partie at Hilton Sydney in May 2010, and worked there until July 2012. In August 2012, they became a Sous Chef at Mercure Sydney, and worked there until March 2013. Justin then took on a casual secondary job as a Sous Chef at Swissôtel Sydney from March 2013 to July 2016. From August 2016 to July 2017, they were a Senior Sous Chef at Merivale's Ivy Function. Justin then became a Sous Chef at The Fresh Collective from July 2017 to August 2020. Justin is currently working as a production chef (afternoon shift) at The Dinner Ladies.

Justin Olazo was educated as a commercial cookery at TAFE NSW and Belmore Boys High School.
