Sharon Quilter

Sharon Quilter is currently working as a Racial Justice Officer at the Diocese of Chelmsford and has been serving as an Assistant Curate at The Church of England since August 2020. Prior to their role in the church, Sharon held various compliance management positions at companies such as Aegon, Legal & General, J.P. Morgan, and Barclaycard. Sharon also has a background in risk management, having worked as the Head of Business Risk & Assurance at WorldPay. Sharon holds a UK Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association and a CMIIA from the Institute of Internal Auditors UK & Ireland. Sharon's education includes GCE A levels from Hackney College, London, and GCE O Levels from Merl Grove High School in Kingston, Jamaica.
