Anthea Carter - Savigear

Anthea Carter-Savigear serves as the Director of People (HR) and Safeguarding at The Diocese of Exeter since April 2018, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the Diocesan vision. Previous roles include Independent Senior HR Consultant and HR Trainer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Interim HR Director at Condor Ferries, and Director of HR at Hitachi Consulting, among others. Anthea has extensive experience across various industries, focusing on HR leadership, policy development, and organizational transformation, with a strong emphasis on coaching executive teams and delivering comprehensive HR services. Anthea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from De Montfort University.
