Michelle Kraus

Michelle Kraus currently serves as Manager of Analytics at The Directions Group since July 2021, after a lengthy tenure at Convergys from August 2000 to June 2021, where Michelle held multiple roles including Senior Analyst/Analytic Manager and Senior Project Manager in CX Analytics. Michelle began their career as a Programmer Analyst specializing in C++ systems development and progressed through various analytical roles, focusing on data management and research analysis. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math from Northern Kentucky University, complemented by earlier studies at Purdue University.
