Guri Waalen Borch

Guri Waalen Borch is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and diversity consulting, currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver and mangfoldsrådgiver at Integrerings- og mangfoldsdirektoratet since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Veileder in both the youth department at Lørenskog kommune and NAV Lørenskog, as well as a Rådgiver at Bufdir. Guri's career began at OSLO KRISESENTER as a social worker, contributing to diverse communities for nearly eight years. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Transformation from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Spanish, and Portuguese from the University of Oslo. Additional studies at Universidade de Coimbra focused on Portuguese for foreigners and Portuguese Language and Literature.
