Dale Ward

Dale Ward has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Dale currently serves as the Head Of Business Development at The Disabilities Trust since September 2021. Prior to this position, Dale worked at Equilibrium Healthcare, where they held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, and Head of Contracts from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Contracts and Tenders at Mental Health Care (UK) Ltd in 2014. Dale also served as a Contract Management and Performance Team Leader at NHS Greater Manchester Commissioning Support Unit in 2014 and as a Senior Contract Manager from 2013 to 2014 at the same organization. Dale earlier started their career as an Alcohol and Violent Crime Officer at Trafford MBC from 2010 to 2013.

Dale Ward attended Lancaster University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology.
