Rich Miles

Rich Miles is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Diversity Standards Collective, a company focused on accelerating diversity in the advertising and marketing industry. Prior to this, Rich was a board member at Outvertising, the first LGBT+ network for advertising and marketing. Rich also has experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, and Art Director at Therapy Agency. Additionally, Rich has worked as an intern, owner of Smokersons, and in various roles at RAPP and TTMV. Rich holds a Ba (hons) degree in Advertising from the University of Gloucestershire.
