Cierra Codron has extensive experience in the insurance and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at The Doctors Company since January 2014, with previous roles in policy analysis, member services, and advocacy within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at R.E. Chaix & Associates as an Assistant Underwriter/Broker and Kimpton Hotels as a People and Culture Coordinator.
