Kaylee Woodson

Kaylee Woodson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and member relations. Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at The Doctors Company since January 2020, Kaylee has held various roles within the organization, including Manager and Supervisor of Customer Experience. Prior to this, Kaylee worked at Audi of America, where roles included Internal Advisor and Digital and Social Media Advocate. Kaylee also gained experience as a Lead Trainer and Brand Specialist at Audi on demand. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Rochester University and ongoing studies for an MBA at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
