Rowena Cabiles

Rowena Cabiles has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rowena began their career as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 2001. From there, they transitioned to the role of Computer Systems Analyst Programmer before joining Get Right Mortgage & Realty as an Executive Assistant in 2005. In 2007, they took on a contract position as a Technical Administrative Assistant at Chevron, where they worked in long-term project management. In 2010, they returned to Pacific Gas and Electric Company as the Compliance & Ethics Director's Assistant. Rowena progressed within the company and became an Ethics Program Analyst and then a Senior Ethics Program Analyst. In 2017, Rowena joined The Doctors Company as a Human Resources Project Manager, and they are currently serving as the Human Resources Director.

Rowena Cabiles received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business/Project Management from the University of Phoenix. Rowena attended the university from 2012 to 2014.
