Victoria Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social services and supportive housing management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Residential Support Services at The Doe Fund since October 2014, Victoria oversees 255 housing units for formerly displaced individuals and families. Additional responsibilities at The Doe Fund include directing the Young Men’s Program, focusing on providing quality services to young men aged 18-26. Previous roles include Director of Social Services at WIN and various directorial positions at Comunilife, Turning Point, and The Miracle Makers Inc., where Victoria managed program operations and staff, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery. Victoria holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, further supported by an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from La Guardia Community College.
