Susan Briggs

Susan Briggs is a pet industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Susan is currently the co-founder of The Dog Gurus, a pet industry training, coaching, and consulting resource. Prior to that, they were the owner of Crystal Canine, a pet industry training and coaching company, and the co-founder of Urban Tails, LLC, where they served as the General Manager of business operations and financial responsibilities.

Earlier in their career, Susan was the Operations Manager at Mellon Mortgage Company and the Manager at Lifeco. Susan has a passion for helping others in the pet industry grow and succeed, and they have dedicated their career to helping businesses in the pet industry thrive.
