Jackie Shanks has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Rooms Revenue Analyst at The Dollywood Company since May 2015, Jackie has also held positions including Group Sales Coordinator, Night Auditor, and Front Desk Supervisor at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Services Representative and Collections Representative 2 at Citi from November 2013 to May 2015, and as a Senior Sales Consultant at Comcast Cable from August 2003 to February 2013. Jackie attended Walters State Community College from 1999 to 2000.
