Susan Loveday

Susan Loveday is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership positions across multiple organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources at The Dollywood Company, Susan has previously served as Chief People Officer at Red Stag Fulfillment, where significant contributions included the creation of the first Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Training Program, and Review Process. In prior roles at Summit Medical Group, Susan successfully transformed sites from bottom rankings to the top 10 and held various positions including Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Talent Strategies. At Appalachian Underwriters, Susan developed and benchmarked an equitable compensation plan, while at Exedy America Corporation, Susan secured a state grant for skills training that enhanced associates' employability. Susan holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Ohio University.
