Kelly Kemp

Kelly Kemp is an experienced professional in change management and business transformation, currently serving as a BSAP Change Manager for The Donkey Sanctuary since December 2021, focusing on building change capability within an international animal welfare charity. Previously, Kelly held the position of Director at WILD THYME WHOLEFOODS LIMITED from December 2014 to November 2021, overseeing an award-winning wholefood store and a carbon neutral delivery service specializing in healthy and sustainable products. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Transformation Manager and Customer Service Manager at SSE plc, where responsibilities involved delivering change in smart metering transformation and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
