Msilr Natasha Monchery

Natasha Monchery has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natasha is currently working as the Managing Director of Human Resources at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, where they joined in July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at the same organization from March 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Natasha worked as the Director of Human Resources at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. Before that, they held roles at AccorHotels, including Assistant Director of Talent and Culture from 2016 to 2018 and Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2016.

Further back in their career, Natasha worked at NYC Human Resources Administration as a Job Opportunity Specialist from 2012 to 2014, and at Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel as a Human Resources Manager for a short period in 2011.

Natasha's earlier experiences include roles at IBM Global Business Services as a Human Resources contractor from 2010 to 2011, Pfizer as a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis from 2010 to 2010, Embassy Suites Hotel NYC as a Human Resources Generalist from 2006 to 2009, and Goodtree Media, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2004 to 2006.

Natasha Monchery holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from New York City College of Technology (CUNY), where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Natasha also holds an AAS (Associate of Applied Science) degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College, which they earned from 2002 to 2004.

In terms of additional certifications, Natasha has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and another one from the same institution. Natasha also obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2021.
