Natasha Monchery has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natasha is currently working as the Managing Director of Human Resources at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, where they joined in July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at the same organization from March 2021.

Natasha Monchery holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from New York City College of Technology (CUNY), where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Natasha also holds an AAS (Associate of Applied Science) degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College, which they earned from 2002 to 2004.
In terms of additional certifications, Natasha has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and another one from the same institution. Natasha also obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2021.
