Paul Rangel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Paul began their career in 2006 as a Court Advocate at Avenues for Justice, Inc., where they provided case management and court advocacy for at-risk youth. In 2009, they joined the NYC Department of Education as a Dean of Students, managing student disciplinary proceedings and serving as a liaison for school safety. In 2016, Paul took on the role of Intake Coordinator/CIY Case Manager at Children's Aid Society. From there, they transitioned to The Door - A Center of Alternatives, where they held several positions, including Career Advancement Coach-HSE, Infused HSE Academic Coordinator, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, and currently, Assistant Director of Education Services.

Paul Rangel's education history begins in 1997 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Xavier High School.
