Becki Arthur

Becki Arthur is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest experience management. Currently serving as Head Of Guest Experience at Dorchester Collection since August 2018, Becki has held multiple roles including Global Guest Experience Manager and Global Guest Intelligence Manager. Prior to joining Dorchester Collection, contributions were made at The Savoy from February 2012 to August 2018 in various capacities, including Reservations and Royal Service Manager and Guest Relations Manager. Experience also includes positions at Charlotte House Hotel and HOPE STREET HOTEL LIMITED, highlighting a strong background in front office operations and guest services. Becki holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education, as well as degrees in Theatre and Musical Theatre from Guildford School of Acting and Liverpool Theatre School, respectively, complemented by a diploma in Dance and Performing Arts from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.
