Beth Aarons

Beth Aarons is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Executive Director and Global Director at Dorchester Collection Academy since November 2015, Beth has previously held key positions such as Director of HR and OD at the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth, Interim HR Director at The Bulgari Hotel and Residences London, and Group HR Director at Aspria. Additional experience includes serving as Director at JEM HR Consulting and as Group Human Resources Manager at City Inn. A founding member and former Chairman of the St Julian Scholars, Beth holds a 2.1 degree in Psychology from the University of East London, complemented by earlier education at CCAT, Long Road Sixth Form College, and Perse School for Girls.
