Chris Fairless currently serves as the Head of Contact Centre at Dorchester Collection, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Chris amassed over a decade of experience at The Dorchester, holding various titles including Head of Group and Events, Assistant Director of Events, and Events Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of diverse functions and guiding guests through the entire event process.
