Stephen Grant is an experienced business leader with over 20 years in high growth, entrepreneurial ventures in the PBSA sector across multiple regions including the UK, US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at The Dot Group, Grant has previously held roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Rhize Capital and Kinetic Capital, and Managing Director at UNITE Group plc. Their expertise includes structuring complex transactions, raising over GBP1 billion in debt and equity, and advanced business modeling and forecasting. Grant also possesses strong foundational experience in finance from positions at KPMG and Lloyds Banking Group, complemented by an ACA in Accounting and a first-class degree in Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
