-Support the staff to deliver the smooth and effective running of all BOH areas.
-Supervise and coordinate activities of pantry, storeroom, and kitchen workers as well as maintenance of premises and equipment.
-Carry out inspections of areas, including but not limited to, kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness, order, and compliance with KSDA regulations.
-Organize and maintain hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision for the BOH team.
-Operationally support any functions and activities preparing room and equipment for Front of House and Back of House.
-Ensure all items that leave the kitchen are within standards set by upper management for quality, presentation, budget, and timeliness
-Manage back of house inventory, order inventory as needed, and communicate additional needs with Operations Manager
-Understand and demonstrate the vision of the business
