Bruce Douglas has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Bruce started their career at Doner as a Project Manager and Associate Project Manager from 2010 to 2011. Bruce then joined The Douglas Company in 2011 and worked their way up to become the President. In this role, they led the Construction, Estimating, and Business Development teams for both the Midwest and Southeast Divisions. Prior to becoming President, Bruce held various operational positions within the company and successfully completed over $100M worth of construction projects in the senior living, healthcare, and multifamily sectors.

Bruce Douglas, PMP, PMI-SP, LEED AP BD-C has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Case Western Reserve University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to this, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from St. Francis de Sales School in Toledo, OH, between 2002 and 2006.

Bruce has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Bruce obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2015. Furthermore, they obtained the LEED AP BD+C certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in December 2014, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise in sustainable building practices. In November 2017, they acquired the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Bruce obtained the Notary Public, State of Ohio certification from the Ohio Secretary of State in January 2014, showcasing their ability to serve as a trusted witness and officiant in legal matters. Bruce also holds the OSHA 30-Hour/29 CFR OSHA Standards for Construction certification from the U.S. Department of Labor, acquired in July 2012, to ensure compliance with safety standards in construction projects. Bruce obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the GBCI in April 2012, further demonstrating their commitment to sustainable building practices.
