David Kelbley

David Kelbley has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. David worked at The Douglas Company from 1994 to the present. David started as a Corporate Controller and then became the Chief Financial Officer in September 2012. In these roles, they had overall fiscal reporting responsibilities, managed accounting policies and procedures, determined tax obligations, and provided financial guidance to the President and other executives. Prior to joining The Douglas Company, they worked at Ernst & Young from 1991 to 1994 as a Senior Auditor, where they gained leadership experience and developed interpersonal and technical accounting skills.

David Kelbley attended The University of Toledo from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio in August 1993, granted by the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Recently, in December 2020, they also obtained the certification of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) from the Institute of Certified Construction Financial Professionals Inc.
