David Deterding

David Deterding is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as General Counsel at The Dover Companies since September 2022, Deterding previously held the position of Labor & Employment Partner at Thompson Coburn LLP from January 2020 to September 2022. Deterding's legal expertise spans federal and state employment laws, with a focus on civil actions and administrative claims, and extensive collaboration with Fortune 500 clients on HR and litigation matters. Prior to that, Deterding was a Labor & Employment Partner at HeplerBroom LLC, advising employers on a range of legal issues and assisting with labor matters related to corporate transitions.
