Samandha Canepa, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at The Downs Law Group, P.A., a role held since November 2021, where responsibilities include designing staff operations and collaborating with the executive team on strategic plans. Prior to this, Samandha was the Human Resource Executive Manager at Amkin Management LLC, successfully negotiating employee benefits programs and reducing costs by 15%. As the Head of Human Resources at Blue Capital Partners, efforts were focused on establishing best practice HR processes and improving employee relations.
