Jessica MacTurk

Jessica MacTurk is the Program Operations Associate & Executive Assistant to Michelle Romero at Dream.Org, working across program teams to establish consistency, cohesion, and collaboration between the program areas. Jessica believes strongly in continuing education and has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Paralegal diploma. She comes to Dream.Org with more than 7 years of systems and data experience supporting many cross-functional teams. As a justice-impacted individual, Jessica is passionate about ending mass incarceration. To achieve this, Jessica works as a volunteer with the ACLU of Arizona Smart Justice program, is a board member and policy coordinator for Arizonans for Transparency and Accountability in Corrections (ATAC), and mentors returning citizens through the Televerde Foundation. She is also a recent graduate of Dream.Org’s 2022 Empathy Network Advocacy Cohort.
