Albert Palay has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Albert founded and served as CEO at The Dream VR and Adrenaline Films, where they worked from 2006 to 2016. Additionally, they founded and held the CEO position at FANTINO VISUAL AGENCY during the same time period. Prior to these roles, they worked in marketing at Ajuntament de Barcelona in 2005. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Creative Director and Head of Public Communication at CBCR Saatchi Group.
Albert Palay obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Albert then pursued a graduate degree in law from the same institution, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, Albert Palay briefly attended The George Washington University in 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Political Marketing.

The Dream VR is a digital tech startup with registered office in Miami and subsidiary in Barcelona; it is in development of Dream Life, a virtual real life metaverse made up of 12 real cities + Mars. Each city will be composed of 12 avenues that represent a real neighbourhood. In each city Dream Life offers +300 experiences (music, sports, shows,events, etc), virtual shopping, NFT marketplace, gaming and real estate. Furthermore, Dream Life is creating Burning Mars; a virtual exhibition of free creation about Art, Culture and entertainment for 10,000 members.
