Greg Adams worked as the Vice President of Information Technology for Drees Homes, where they focused on delivering integrated services and improved customer experiences using digital technologies. Prior to this role, they were an Independent Consultant, serving as an Executive Advisor and Consultant for various clients. Greg advised on product development and business process improvement, as well as provided guidance on distributed workplace models and operational analytics. Greg also held several leadership positions at JLL, including EVP & Global Head of Business Management and Programs in Enterprise Information Technology, SVP & Chief Operating Officer in Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation, and SVP & Chief Technology Officer in Americas Information Technology. During their tenure at JLL, they drove digital transformation, implemented organizational structures, and managed various aspects of operations and technology. Before working at JLL, Greg was a Senior Auditor and Project Manager at Ashland Inc., where they managed internal audits and played a key role in implementing an ERP system.

Greg Adams has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Greg also holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky, specializing in Finance and Healthcare Administration. In addition, Greg has obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from JLL in 2006.
