Ellen P has over three decades of retail experience, currently serving as the Talent Development Store Team Leader at Dress Barn since April 2009. Prior to this role, Ellen P spent 20 years at Target, where various positions included Human Resource Executive, Customer Service Executive, Sales Floor Executive, and Operations Executive, culminating in the title of Executive Team Leader. Ellen P pursued higher education at Colorado State University from 1984 to 1986.
