Jessica Leal

Jessica Leal is a skilled Associate Producer with experience across several prominent entertainment events and platforms. Currently, Jessica serves as an Associate Producer for The Drew Barrymore Show, beginning in August 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica worked with Peacock as an ENG Producer for the 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards for a brief stint in July to August 2025, and was a Production Associate for SNL50: The Homecoming Concert in early 2025. Additionally, Jessica has experience from Amazon, where responsibilities included producing 24 livestreams weekly for the new vertical shopping platform, Inspire, and from Den of Thieves, where backstage content was created for the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Literary Journalism and Drama from the University of California, Irvine, earned in January 2014.
