Kevin McFarlane is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in law enforcement and safety management. Currently serving as the Group Operations Manager at The Drug Detection Agency since April 2008, Kevin oversees operations across three branches, ensuring compliance with IANZ Accreditation and health and safety standards. Prior to this role, Kevin was self-employed after leaving the NZ Police, where Kevin operated and later sold NZDDA Bay of Plenty. With a strong foundation in policing gained from a tenure with the NZ Police from June 1993 to May 2008, Kevin held various positions including Detective and Police Sergeant, excelling in both general duties and traffic alcohol enforcement. Kevin's educational background includes a National Diploma of Health and Safety, a Diploma of Policing Studies, and a National Certificate in Business Studies.
