Alexha Faraud is a seasoned professional in the field of quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement & Quality Senior Manager at The Duckhorn Portfolio since January 2021. Prior roles within the company include Senior Quality Manager and Quality Manager. Prior to this, Alexha Faraud worked at Scott Laboratories as a Safety and Compliance Specialist from June 2017 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Contract and Payment Coordinator at Treasury Wine Estates and multiple positions at Diageo, including Wine Chemist and QA/QC Technician. Alexha Faraud began the professional journey as a Lab Intern at Diageo and also gained research experience at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Throughout the career, Alexha Faraud demonstrated leadership skills as the Head Volleyball Coach at Ralph Waldo Emerson Junior High School. Educationally, Alexha Faraud holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2011.
