Mark Niswonger

Mark Niswonger began their work experience as the Director of IT Operations at The Wizards of OZtechs in 2003. Mark then became the VP of IT at Lendlease in 2004, where they were responsible for architecting hardware solutions and collaborating with business unit leaders in various regions. In 2009, they worked as the IT Director at BalfourSevan, acting in a consultative role during planning and implementation phases of projects. From 2010 to 2013, Mark was a Project Manager II at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they implemented Continuous Process Improvement initiatives and ensured compliance with FISMA and NIST requirements. Mark then joined Copart as the Manager of Cloud Infrastructure Services, playing a key role in the implementation and integration of helpdesk software and the migration to Office 365. In 2015, Mark worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Dimension Data, where they designed a high-availability and disaster recovery environment for an on-premises email system. Later that year, they joined AlexanRPM as an IT Consultant/Project Manager, responsible for developing diagrams, redesigning application architectures, and creating a standardized application support model. In 2016, Mark became the Director of IT at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, managing IT infrastructure for employees across multiple states and offices, as well as overseeing various projects, including the migration to multi-factor authentication. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant Senior at their own company before returning to the corporate sector as an IT Project Manager and later the Director of Internal IT Controls and Compliance at The Duckhorn Portfolio in 2021.

Mark Niswonger obtained a Certificate in Executive Management from Columbia Business School in the year 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at California State University-Sacramento from 1981 to 1984. In addition, they hold certifications in Operational Security from the Department of Homeland Security obtained in 2012, ITIL-Corporation Training obtained in 2008, and PMP from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2007.
