Aileen MacMillan

Aileen MacMillan is a Research Officer at The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation. Previously, Aileen worked as a Case Manager Developmental Services - Intake at York Support Services Network, providing case management and advocacy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Aileen also has experience as a Research Associate at Eco-Ethonomics Inc., focusing on community-based research for social enterprises and non-profits. With a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a background in Geography and Environmental Management, Aileen has a strong foundation in research and social services.
