Aline Santos Farhat

Aline Santos Farhat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand management, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation and as a member of the Supervisory Board at Inter IKEA Holding B.V., Aline is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Victoria and Albert Museum and a Special Advisor at UN Women. Aline's previous roles at Unilever included Chief Brand Officer and Chief Equity Diversity & Inclusion Officer, among others. Aline contributed to Meta as an Advisory Client Counsel Member and participated in the Women's Network Forum, advocating for gender balance and inclusion in businesses.
