Steve Cain

Steve Cain has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Steve is currently serving as the Information Technologies Director at The Dupps Company since March 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at Standex Engineering Technologies Group from November 2016 to March 2021.

Before that, Steve held multiple positions at Yaskawa America, Inc. Motoman Robotics Division, including IT Manager from May 2014 to October 2016 and Senior Systems Analyst from June 2000 to April 2014.

Other notable experiences include being the RACES Radio Officer at Miami County EMA from 2006 to 2013, IT Project Manager/Application Developer at Midmark Corporation from March 1998 to June 2000, and Lieutenant/Firefighter at Bradford Fire and Rescue Services from 1994 to 2000.

Steve began their career at Amos Press in various IT roles, including IT Systems Project Manager from October 1994 to February 1998, IT Operations Manager from October 1993 to September 1994, IT Systems Analyst from March 1992 to September 1993, and Programmer Analyst from July 1987 to February 1992.

Steve Cain completed their high school education at Covington High School from 1981 to 1984, earning their High School Diploma. Steve then attended Upper Valley Joint Vocational School from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Data Processing. Following this, from 1984 to 1986, they attended Defiance College and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science and Business. Finally, from 1986 to 1991, Steve enrolled at Wright State University, where they completed their Bachelor's of Art degree in Computer Science and Business.
