Stephanie Wilson

Stephanie Wilson, MHRM, is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Director at The Durham Company since June 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Human Resource Director at DT Engineering from December 2015 to June 2024, and also served as the Human Resource Manager there. Additionally, Stephanie's career includes a substantial tenure at Emerson, where roles included Human Resource Generalist and Payroll Clerk from September 1997 to December 2015. Stephanie holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development & Change from the same institution, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drury University.
