Renee Dubois

Renee DuBois, CFE, has extensive experience in franchise development and brand management, currently serving as the People Like You Manager at The Dwyer Group since October 2015. In this role, Renee collaborates with 2,700 franchise owners to identify potential candidates for franchise ownership within Neighborly service brands. Prior to this, Renee held various positions at Rainbow International from September 1993 to September 2015, including Franchise Developer and Vice President of Administration, where responsibilities included strategic consulting, compliance management, and oversight of franchise owners in multiple states. Additionally, as a co-founder of The Dwyer Group Family Business Network, Renee facilitated connections among families within the organization to enhance shared learning and support. Career contributions began in Franchise Sales at The Dwyer Group from September 1983 to September 1993, where franchise growth was a primary focus. Renee DuBois retired in September 2019.
