Matt Harper

Matt Harper is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The EADS Group since November 2021, Matt has previously held project management roles at Northwind Engineering and has also worked as an Engineering Manager at Environmental Land Surveying & Solutions. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineer position at GD&F Engineers and engineering roles at Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., and McCrone, Inc. Matt Harper’s expertise encompasses various projects involving utility lines, subdivisions, land development, stormwater management, and hydraulic analysis. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
