Neil Martelle is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in portfolio management and real estate acquisitions. Since May 2015, Neil has served as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at The Eagle Point Companies. Prior to this role, Neil held positions at Boston Capital, including Senior Acquisition Analyst and Structured Finance Analyst, from March 2010 to May 2015. Neil's early career includes experience as an Analyst at Black Oak Realty Advisors and a Real Estate Acquisitions Intern at Synergy Investment and Development. Neil also worked as an Account Manager at IKON Document Services from November 1999 to August 2007. Neil holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont.
