Ken Scholtz

Ken Scholtz is an attorney at Tucker Arensberg, P.C. since September 2001, specializing as a civil litigator with extensive trial experience and a focus on defending employers in Workers' Compensation cases. Additionally, Ken serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Early Learning Institute, a non-profit dedicated to early childhood intervention for children with special needs, and has been on the Board of Trustees since 2009. Ken holds a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law (2001) and a B.S. in political science from Bucknell University (1998).
