Anuradha Bajaj

Anuradha Bajaj is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director at The Earthshot Prize since March 2023, focusing on building a marketplace for innovation and investment aimed at environmental solutions. Anuradha co-founded BayTree Ventures in 2016, advocating for impact investing in India and collaborating with a diverse range of investors. Previous roles include leading global policy and advisory initiatives at the UK Department for International Development from 2004 to 2014 in the financial sector, as well as corporate banking positions at ABN AMRO and ANZ Grindlays Bank. Anuradha holds an MSc in Politics of the World Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and additional education from Harvard Business School and the University of Mumbai.
