Charlotte Weston

Charlotte Weston is a highly experienced leader in sustainability and public policy, currently serving as the Sustainability, Clients and Markets Leader and Director for EMEIA Public Policy at EY since June 2021. In addition, Charlotte contributes as an Expert Advisory Panel member for The Earthshot Prize's 'Protect and Restore Nature' category and serves as a Board Trustee for The Royal Countryside Fund, which supports UK rural communities. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Executive Director and Chief Governance and Reporting Officer at The Sustainable Markets Initiative, where efforts focused on fostering sustainable investment practices. Charlotte's earlier roles include leadership in public health initiatives and advisory positions in prestigious organizations, complemented by academic achievements from institutions such as the University of Oxford and King's College London, along with ongoing studies at the Royal Agricultural University.
