Melissa Smith has extensive experience in economic development, holding leadership roles in both the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina and the NC Department of Commerce. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at EDPNC, Melissa oversees business recruitment and development efforts to attract new corporate operations and expansions to North Carolina. Prior to this role, Melissa also held positions as Vice President, Senior Manager, and Senior Economic Developer, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to economic growth in the region.
